Ich benutze die App, um möglichst einfach eine übersichtliche Abrechnung zu machen. Besondere Features wie Workflow oder Policies brauche ich nicht. Mit fehlt ein Foto Batch Import auf dem iPhone. Sonst ist alles bestens.

Downloaded the app on my phone. Tried to create an expense. It said I had to email my boss as an up sale and would not let me create an expense unless I entered a different email. I tried to enter an expense manually on my phone, but it would not let me enter a decimal point. Not sure how this app got so popular.
Specify makes it difficult to cancel their services. On the app they do not allow you to easily stop auto payment. I do not recommend the app to anyone.
Would be nice if it had a crop function when scanning receipts. Also a way to adjust contrast or convert to black and white.
This used to be the kind of productivity apps. Then they decided to shoehorn AI when it was utterly unnecessary and now the app is pointless. I can’t navigate to any of the reports awaiting my approval because the concierge only shows me itself. All if the links to back to the AI. Whoever designed this travesty needs to be counseled.
It’s terrible because when I go to get a receipt from my library I can’t see the date so it’s useless.
It’s so confusing and difficult to use. And I am actually amazed how such an easy app can be so confusing to use for a simple basic activity like approve an expense. After all, this is one of the most basic things this app is supposed to do !
If you’re up for waiting around 3 weeks for simple answers, this is the app for you. Utterly terrible.
App won’t even open without immediately crashing. Only deleting it and reinstalling it allows it to open. Sign in process is aggravating. I don’t want “magic links” emailed to me. I want to use 1Password to autofill my password and 2FA.
Lame always says can’t use camera in multitasking mode
I’m in the middle of finishing an expense report and I can’t exit and open the app without a nag for a review. Well here it is. Would rate it 0 for this level of interruption
This used to be a great app, but lately it’s been so inaccurate it would literally take less time to take pics and put the info into a spreadsheet by hand. Looking for alternatives.
The new “improved” version has no way to create and review reports. I now have to go to the desktop program to get work done. What the heck?? Should never have accepted the istore “upgrade”. Terrible.
I am a freelancer who needs simple expense tracking and report generation. What I got with this app in the first two days was two annoying chatbots - “Concierge” and a “Manager” of some sort, and honestly I couldn’t tell you the difference between the two or what they were for - and a constant string of BOTH app notifications and text messages. I’m sure all of this is meant as onboarding for the app’s obviously deep feature set — but it came off as abrasive, cluttered, and confusing, especially for something as simple as expense tracking. I’m sure there’s stuff here for power users — but I’m a fairly savvy user of programs like this, and it all seemed like overkill. No thanks.

Issues loading/crashing
Once the rate the app pop up appears/ you can stop it without rating the app thus earned you a one star rating
The pop up asking me to write a review comes up nonstop while filing a report and keeps losing my progress when I dismiss it
Every time I input an expense I am interrupted by the App asking me to rate the app. This app is used to conduct business in a professional and timely manner, which is hard to do when the app is interrupting you in between every step of the way.
The negative is the app is constantly hounding me to leave a review. This is the only reason I’m leaving the review. The biggest negative is when you import your credit card, and you select a charge, it reverts back to the first charges And you have to scroll all the way back down to find your place again and again
I use another mileage tracker with Expensify and Expensify is completely inaccurate if any stops/starts are made.
The pop up to rate this app is rather persistent. Please stop spamming your own app.
I keep trying to get my expense report done but can’t because a pop up to review the app keeps popping up while I am trying to work my expense report. I’ve had to start over three times now, so the app has been reviewed but would have scored much higher if you didn’t force me to review by making the app not work until I reviewed it.

Seriously, tired of being asked repeatedly over and over and over and over to rate the app. If I say, I don’t have time stop asking. The results are a poor reviews like this.!

While I do think this is the best expense software, I do need to warn you that this company will send you and your employees unsolicited political email that will affect your company. Not only that, but this last part was added added just because a pop-up asking me to review this app has popped up no less than 15 times when I’m trying to scan one receipt. It seems that they’re insistence on political advocacy. Has led i to an incompetent group of software developers who can’t seem to get something as little as an app update correct
App used to be quite good. Updating a good UI resulted in many useful features gone or broken and a much worse user experience
I’ve used worse apps. The reports load slow, and I have to manually refresh the app to get things that show up on the browser to show up in the app. It also doesn’t sort the expenses into categories like on the web version, which makes using the app clunky and difficult. Receipts also have to be uploaded from photos with no ability to upload files from your phone. Makes the whole “mobile” app not very mobile.
To have these stupid ratings pop-ups come up after every single move you make in the app might be the most annoying thing ever - especially considering how much we’re paying to use your services. Get them under f’ing control or we’re out of there.

Unfortunately you cannot turn off the constant advertising to switch to their credit card. They make it hard to NOT constantly click on the adds.
This app used to work better but now it is so wonky and frustrating. It doesn’t play well with quickbooks anymore. It’s so frustrating our company is looking for something new to use.

Actually like the app. Has worked very well for me. But for several days, it’s been constant pop ups essentially demanding a review. Said “no thanks” far too many times so now I will rate based off the annoyance of having to do this instead of my work.

I have used several expense reporting apps over the years, and Expensify is really quite good at helping stay organized and sending in expense reports for reimbursements and keeping track of when the company has reimbursed me for the expense reports. There is one feature I would LOVE to see added to the ipad and mobile app and that is to mark the expense as reimbursed just like you can from the web browser. Otherwise, I still give this app an overall 5 for its ease of use and functionality. And they make continual improvements as well.
Easy interface overall. Has some glitches such as mileage rate doesn’t update to current year. No Barclays Mastercard integration? This is super frustrating as there is no easy way to add expenses. The csv uploading becomes a whole new task. Looking at more intuitive options.

Easy to use and navigate
Not able to copy expenses. It doesn’t have a way to save certain values as a default. The smart scan doesn’t work. and when I go to get a screenshot and then come back into the app it keeps asking me to rate the app. I just said not now but it kept asking me in the same minute. Poor coding where the customer experience isn’t understood.
Too many issues with the app popping up notifications, and information re: saving expenses, etc. — very unnecessary and it takes 3x as long to submit an expense
Stop making me rate the app before allowing me to use it
The GPS oftentimes stops working during the trip causing the map to show straight(as the crow flies) routes. The constant survey pop-ups are also quite distracting as I’m trying to enter my mileage manually due to the lacking GPS function.
